Seen on Suomenlinna Island near Helsinki on August 25, 2011. Barnacle Geese began nesting in Finland in the 1970s and their Summer population now numbers over 10,000. They're quite small, about the same size as a Cackling Goose.
Hooded Crows were quite common in every country on my trip. The top photo is from the harbor area in Tallinn, Estonia and the other two are from a park in Stockholm.
I saw a lot of White Wagtail while I was on my trip, they were very common, especially where there were rock outcroppings. The first and last photos were taken on Suomenlinna Island near Helsinki, Finland and the other two were taken in the harbor area in Tallinn, Estonia.
