Wings on Wednesday...White Wagtail

I saw a lot of White Wagtail while I was on my trip, they were very common, especially where there were rock outcroppings. The first and last photos were taken on Suomenlinna Island near Helsinki, Finland and the other two were taken in the harbor area in Tallinn, Estonia.

  5. Like BOTH of the birds posted from your European trip, green one and this grey one.

Do the birds sing in a foreign (to us) accent there? (I ALMOST said do they "tweet" LOL!)

Did you meet any other birders while abroad? Would be fun to go birding there with someone(s) who knew the area birding hot spots.

  6. Since it was August there wasn't a whole lot of singing going on and since there's Wagtails in Alaska they're not all that foreign. It would be nice to bird with local birders, something I may do when I retire and have enough time.
